Late & Cancellation Policy – Skynn Noiré By Taylor Elayne

To ensure a seamless, luxury experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance and all no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your total service. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

Same-Day Appointments
Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Respect for Time
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies are in place to protect both the business and all clients receiving services.
